By uploading an image to our website or show, you agree to the rules below. Please read them carefully.

1. You Give Us Permission to Use Your Image

• When you upload an image, you are giving us permission to use it in different ways, such as:

• During our live or live streamed improv shows

• While we rehearse or prepare for our shows

• To promote the show on social media, websites, posters, or other places

• In recordings of the show, either short clips or full episodes, that people can watch later

• We may also use the image to help tell stories, inspire scenes, or just make the show more fun

2. You Must Own the Image or Have Permission

• By sending us an image, you promise:

• You took the photo or have permission to use it

• The image doesn't break any laws or hurt anyone's rights

• Anyone in the photo knows they might be shown in public and said it was okay (or if they're under 18, their parent or guardian said it was okay)

3. No Payment Will Be Given

• We don't pay for images. You are giving us the right to use the image for free, and you won't get any money or credit for it.

4. We Can Choose Not to Use It

• We may decide not to use your image, or we may remove it later. That's up to us.

5. We're Not Responsible for Any Problems

• We do our best to use images respectfully, but if something goes wrong — like someone getting upset or making a legal claim — we aren't responsible for it.

6. You Agree to Protect Us from Legal Trouble

• If someone makes a legal claim because of your image (for example, someone says they didn't agree to be shown), you agree to help protect us and pay any costs that come from it.

7. This is the Whole Agreement

• This agreement is the full understanding between you and us about the image. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't upload an image.
